The “Seven Beach Lane Hotel” was a complete demolition and renovation featuring 16 rooms, Bar, Pool, Pool Bath, New kitchen, Elevator and office. New light Fixtures, Panels, Electrical Service upgrade to 800Amps, Wiring, Lighting Controls, Site Lighting, Pool Wiring, Elevator Power, Switches and Outlets was installed.
